Friends of the Bishop Middleham Poker Tour.
Harrison "Screech" Evans.
Hey Harry old buddy old pal. Here's former champ Andy Evans son Harrison, Harry could well be the next player in the league having studied the games at the Evans household and even playing a cash game once.
Chris "Bed Wetter" Playle.
Chris was the main man in bringing poker to Bishop Middleham a few years ago. Having played for a while up in Consett and doing ok at it he has failed to show any kind of form down in Gods country.

Gareth "Growler" Playle.
Gareth was one of the original ten players in the first ever Bishop Middleham poker season. After ending the league season with some good results he failed to carry it on and was knocked out in 8th place in the grand final.
BMPT League wins-1, that's 1 more than Shiner won.

Hughie Coulthard.
Former Bishop Middleham Football Club Manager Hughie Coulthard turned up at Darren's house after the league game had finished to join the lads for a few drinks and join in for one of the cash games. Having played stud poker many years ago it did not take the wee man too long to get to grips with no limit hold-em. Having enjoyed the night I am sure we will see Hughie grace the table again in the near future.
Rite O!!!!
Rite O!!!!
Boyle Brunson.
It was an honour to have a poker legend present at the 2010 grand final when Boyle Brunson turned up with Hiny. The godfather of poker could not help Hiny win the game though, who said two heads were better than one?
Stephen Waddleton.
Although Stephen, or Wally as he is known best, is not a poker player in any weight shape or form, seeing as he was my best man and a good friend to all the players in the league as well as brother to Dangerous Dave, I felt it only fair to give him a little space on the website.
Stephen "Blondy" Wright.
Another none poker playing friend of the Bishop Middleham Poker League is Blondy, he has been single for about six years now so if any single women are looking at this page and you like unattractive bald men with hairy back, shoulders and ears then please get in touch and I will get you hooked up.
Alan "Big Al" Crabtree..
Another good friend of the tour is Alan Crabtree, father of league player Lee Crabtree though Alan is still awaiting DNA confirmation of this as he feels Lee is too ugly and bald to have come from his loin .
Kenny Waugh.
Another friend of the tour is Ken Waugh. Not a poker player but a cracking domino player, just ask Lee.
Bethany Patterson.
I am dead against women boxing but have no problem with them playing poker so watch out for the girls coming through in a few years.
Laura Patterson.
Here's Laura holding the lady's.
Harvey.
Harvey has had a game or two with the boys, my lasting memory of his play is that he starts well but just like Noadesy he seems to make his chips disappear.
Steven Wright.
Another Steven Wright but no relation (bit obvious as one is white and one is black) is Tights, seen here on his first stag doo in Liverpool although don't ask to look at the wedding photo's.
John Cook.
John, seen here playing his banjo, was among the players in the first year of poker in the village but has not been seen at the table for a while.
Phil Norman.
Phil is a good mate of most of the players in the league as well as being the son of a legend, ex Sunderland goalkeeper Tony Norman.
Scott Marley.
Here we have long time friend Scott Marley, the One and Only brother of Neil Marley.
Michael Spacka Pallister.
Here we have the pride of Spennymoor, Michael Pallister. Friends with the tours Neil Patterson, Neil Noades and Steven Shaw he is seen here when he was in training for the 1998 disabled iron man contest which was held in Coundon working mens club. Although he missed out on a medal he did win the fancy dress contest.
